Triple-A: Assess, Automate, Accelerate.

Most AI efforts don't fail because the model is weak. They fail because no one owns the decision, the data isn't ready, or the people who are meant to use the tool were never brought along. Triple-A addresses all three, in order. Start at whichever phase fits where you are. The AI Fit Check will tell you which one.

01

Assess: Decide before you build

For: Organizations that are interested in AI but haven't settled the goals, the owners, or the rules.

What we do: Inventory candidate use cases, check data readiness, map who decides what, and list the regulatory and policy questions for your compliance and legal teams.

What you walk away with:

  • A prioritized list of AI use cases, tied to business outcomes
  • A data-readiness snapshot for the top use cases
  • An ownership map that names an accountable person for every decision
  • A list of regulatory and risk considerations, written for review by your compliance and legal teams
  • A recommended first pilot and a short roadmap

02

Automate: One governed pilot, done properly

For: Teams with a clear use case that are ready to test it without betting the organization on it.

What we do: Charter the pilot, evaluate vendors and tools, support security review, design the human checkpoints, and trace every requirement to a control and to evidence.

What you walk away with:

  • A pilot charter: scope, success measures, and go/no-go criteria
  • Vendor and tool evaluation criteria, with security-review support
  • A requirements traceability matrix (requirement → control → evidence)
  • A human-in-the-loop design that shows where a person reviews and decides
  • A pilot plan, a status reporting rhythm, and a go/no-go review

03

Accelerate: Get it used, then scale it

For: Organizations with a working pilot that need adoption, not another proof of concept.

What we do: Plan the rollout, train people by role, set up adoption metrics, and put a governance rhythm in place for the next use case.

What you walk away with:

  • A rollout and change-management plan
  • Role-based training materials and sessions
  • Adoption and outcome metrics, with a simple dashboard
  • A governance cadence: intake, review, and change control
  • A playbook for taking on the next use case

How I work

  • A person accountable for every decision. AI can draft, sort, and flag. A named human approves.
  • Governance before tools. The tool question is usually the easy part.
  • Training is where adoption happens. New systems are adopted or abandoned in the training room.
  • Plain English. If I can't explain a recommendation simply, it's not ready.
  • I work alongside your compliance and legal teams, not in place of them. I'm not a law firm, and nothing here is legal advice.
